Our Company is in business of development and running of Hotels, resorts and other support facilities including integrated Commercial/IT parks and residential development. It also has Investment holdings in hospitality asset, mainly domestic, through its wholly owned subsidiary. Our Company became Public Limited Company pursuant to Resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 21st March, 1994. The Company entered the Capital market with its maiden public issue in the year 1995.
